Rather than occasionally sending out an email to ask you to rate our service, or asking you how likely you are to recommend us, we’ve decided to create this page where you can tell us (and others) what you think of our service and how we do business.
Although this is scary to do, we have confidence in the service we provide and will show all reviews posted here (good and bad), as long as they are honest opinions of people that we have dealt with (not only customers). We will however not post reviews that contain abusive language.

When our company split from its parent, I was tasked to find a new service provider for cloud backups with Veeam.

Best self-service portal
When my manager asked me to find a service provider in South Africa for Veeam Cloud backups with a self-service portal that works well, I looked through a number of websites.
Many did not offer a free trial, and those that had self-service portals were difficult to use.
